For over 15 years our Ice Creams and Sorbets have been made in Cornwall in the time honoured traditional way, with most of the operation being carried out by hand but using the most modern hygienic machines where necessary.

Our Artisan based method gives a much denser product and a feeling of more substance on the palate bringing out the intensity of the flavours.

We make our ice cream on a daily basis using only CORNISH MILK & CREAM. We believe that only the best and the freshest ingredients should be used, and to that end we only use FRUIT OR NATURAL FLAVOURS – you can really taste the difference.

Our efforts have been consistently rewarded over the years with numerous awards.
